Terms & Conditions
All our prints are sold either framed or unframed. All packaging is recyclable. They are all printed at our home in Suffolk. Please be aware that because all the prints are handmade, there may be very slight variations from one print to another. We use digital fine art paper and an inkjet printer which produces outstanding, long lasting results.

All orders sent to UK mainland addresses will be sent via the Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. Postage and packaging charges are as follows:

Delivery to all International destinations are for unframed Prints only. Prints will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. Postage and packaging charges are as follows:

For ALL orders, please select your shipping option during the checkout process on our website.
All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We aim to ship orders within 4 days of receipt of payment.
For UK addresses - Royal Mail 2nd Class signed - approximately 3 days

To be eligible, returns have to be made within 28 days of delivery. The print must be in the same condition that you received it, and, must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.
In the event that your print arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
When you place an order with us you will have given us your name, email address, home address and telephone numbers. We will never share these details with third parties. From time to time we send out an email newsletter to those who have ordered from us in the past. If you would prefer not to be contacted just click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from our mailing list.
If you opt to pay via Bank Transfer you will be sent our bank details allowing you to pay directly into our account. You will not need to divulge any of your own bank details so this form of payment is entirely secure.
You can opt to pay via PayPal. PayPal provides secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions. When your order is placed on our website, your credit card information is encrypted by PayPal secure online payment processing. We do not receive any of your credit/debit card details as this is handled entirely by PayPal.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a receipt confirmation email. Please keep this in a safe place. If you do not receive this email, please contact us so we can confirm we have received your order.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if a print you have ordered is not available.
